We ask for a 20% (non refundable) retainer fee in addition to a completed, signed and dated contract in order to reserve your event date. Reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis. The initial conversation or e-mail response will reserve your event date for 10 business days or until all paperwork is complete (not to exceed ten days).
